I know this is a software problem as the led next to the mode switch lights up with the correct color every time. I have already tried to completely uninstall and reinstall the driver and program. trying to re-select a mode with the appropriate wheel is useless, as the result is completely random, most of the time it does nothing, other times it only lights up the top number without displaying "Mode #" (and therefore without working) ( picture)and other times it works, and then turn off again shortly thereafter. Often, after loading a profile on the device, the mode gets randomly "disabled" by itself, meaning that none of the 3 mode is active ( picture), preventing me from using the vast majority of the buttons.
